Hi,

Attended the launch event and it was v good, but one of the main reasons I attended was to watch the 'Dhaka street children' film, had to leave before this was shown, there must be another means by which I can watch this?

Also, I think there was mention last nite of an arts exhibition with sales proceeds distributed to the cause?

Hi Tariq,

many ppl like yourself missed out on the video, it was unfortunate that we didn't screen it earlier but rest assured it will find itself on the website or forum also might put it up on youtube so watch this space!

Glad you came along and enjoyed yourself. Please spread the word to your friends & family and other contacts. As for the arts exhibition...I'm sure Rahima will be able to answer that query.

regards
Yousuf

Thank you for attending our humble launch, inshallah you enjoyed it and will be sure to tell everyone you know about it (?) :)

Yes, i wish we had screened it in the begining, but these are productive slices of feedback which we will utilise to make future events better and more effective. There will be a special screening of the film in a few weeks, more details will be announced soon. This will give everyone who missed it an oppurtunity to watch it and discuss the organisation and the film with the myself and the producer of the film himself, my co-dirctor Mabrur. so watch this space. After that, it will be available for viewing online, and with Mabrur in Bangaldesh filming part two, there shall be a lot more to add.

RE: Art exhibition. The three paintings you saw will be availiable to purchase online in two weeks time.
We will also launch an artists portal where other pieces will be exhibited and will be available to puchase with money going to charity. This will be by the end of the month. As for an actual art exhibition, we have a few events lined up until July, so an art exhibition will take plaec inshallah around August/Sept.

Again, touch base with the website to be kept in the loop.

Hope you enjoyed your goodybag :)
