Posts is the number of posts you created on the forum.
Karma shows the number of pluses and minuses you have accumulated. If you look at other user names, you will see a plus and a minus. If you like their post, you can click on the the + to show your appreciation. On the other hand, if you dont like what they posted, you can click on the minus - icon.
