Salaam to the forum members.

So you came to the launch? Heard what we had to say? Enjoyed the evening of entertainment?

So tell us what we can do to improve, for future events and just general feedback on the event.

JazakAllah Khair.

Hey Everyone!

Just want to say congratulations on a successful launch and a bloody job well done to EVERY single one of us who helped out on the night. I thought we did an excellent job considering it was our "first ever launch" - lol. Everyone I spoke to said how they really enjoyed it and that it was a

The only thing I'd say is that we should have screened the film prior to the auction then I'm sure we would have raised alot more money and awareness and that was our jewel in the crown and we should have shown it when we had a full house. That was in my opinion where we went wrong.

What we should do is put up the video on the website/youtube so those that missed it can watch it there. See you all soon!

i agree with br Yousuf, the screening should have been done much earlier - when there was a full house.

Salam All, I think overall it was a wonderfull evening. Now that the launch partys over, we must not let it end there. I've not been involved with the Restless beings as much as i should have but looking at the support and hard work of all the board members i'm going to commit myself with restless beings as much as i can InshaAllah. The Launch party was just the beginineg of a new horizon where street children can feel and know that there are people out their who care and that they are not alone. We must all remember that a child has no cast or religion, they are human beings just like we are, that child inhale the same air as we do, so they should have all the rights just like anybody else.

EVERY CHILD SHOULD BE BROUGHT UP IN A HUMAN WAY, EDUCATING THEM TO BE EDUCATED, GIVING THEM THE HOPE FOR A HOPEFULL FUTURE, PULLING THEM BACK TO OUR SOCIETY.
RESTLESS BEINGS will be the voice of every single child in the world. We must work together, share ideas and make it happen INSHAH-ALLAH.

Next events will be hopefully even better and bigger

When will thedocumentary be up on your site? I have only just seen your site, and your organisation looks great - it's one of a kind! Inshallah your righteous ways will be guided! :)

I just saw the list of performers you had there! :( Wish I could have been there = Poetic Pilgrimage are awesome, and Tai Mahmud is an out of this world lyricist. What was Suzana Ansar like?

Will you be having another event like this? Especially with the above artists? :D

When did you guys decide to set your charity up?

Jazakallahu khair for your kind words! The documentary will be up soon inshallah. RestlessBeings director, Mabrur is busy in Bangladesh helping RestlessBeings fulfil its promises to our members and supporters. Naturally we are busy at the moment, but the full version will be made available soon and when it is, I will let you know inshallah.

31st October 2007 is when we initially set up the organisation and shortly afterwards, RestlessBeings formed the full Board of Members and Directors. For more information about the people involved, please click here: http://restlessbeings.freeforums.org/re ... re-t5.html
