Aimed at 17-30 year olds, INQ seeks to represent those issues that are
under-represented and misrepresented. This includes things from music to film,
fashion to arts and culture, as well as sport, travel and social commentary. INQ at
present is run by a group of volunteers whose sole motivation behind the project is
as a result of the belief in the project. We want to educate and entertain the
masses particularly on issues that dwell beneath the mainstream.
I feel that INQ and Restless Beings could potentially support each other, as in my
eyes we are struggling for similar causes. I am aware you have your launch event
coming up soon (I was impressed by the v.slick flyer!) and wanted to invite you to
attend our event on the 25th of April entitled 'thINQ'. This will take place on
Friday 25th April at Surya in Kings Cross (156 Pentonville Rd) which depending on
turn out will hopefully be a monthly fixture. Tickets are £5 before 9.30pm and £8
after. From 7.30pm there will be a networking event showcasing artwork from our
contributors featured in both issues. Hopefully this will be a chance for creative
minds to come together in a positive way. We will also be giving out goody bags. I
would like to invite Restless Beings to attend this part of thINQ in particular as
you would be able to promote your launch event the following week to an audience
that I belive you would be trying to approach anyhow. I would welcome you to bring
flyers to our event and even place them in our goody bags for people to take away.
From 9pm we will then start a party with DJs on rotation before finishing with some
'intimate' LIVE performances of singing, dance and poetry.
