i hate special K for breaky, does anyoen like the freeze dried strawberries and raspberrys in it? yummy

i have it with Onka probiotic mango, passion fruit yoghurt instead of milk

try it guys, you might just like it

i had some really lovely food while i was away! infact i think i've put on weight in the 3 weeks i was away...not to forget had many big macs!! lol...also at the hard rock cafe in kuala lumpur i had a "legendary 12oz" burger!! man i have no idea how i finished that burger! it was huge!!!
